Composition :
Each vial contains: Cefuroxime sodium equivalent to Cefuroxime 750 mg.

Box of 10 vials @ 0.75 grams
Indication :
- Lower respiratory tract infection: Acute and chronic bronchitis, infected bronchiectasis, bacterial pneumonia, lung abscess and postoperative chest infection. - Acute and chronic plelonephritis urinary tract infections, cystitis and asymptomatic bacteriuria. - Soft tissue infections, cellulitis, erysipelas, peritonitis and wound infections. - Bone and joint infections, osteomyelitis and septic arthritis. - Obstetric and gynecological infections, pelvic inflammatory disease. - Gonorrhea especially if penicillin is not suitable. - Other infections including septicemia and meningitis - Prophylaxis against infections in abdominal, pelvic, orthopedic, cardiac, pulmonary, esophageal and vascular operations where the risk of infection is increased. Administration of drugs for prophylaxis should be discontinued within 24 hours. But for open heart surgery, therapy with cefuroxime injections is recommended to be continued for at least 48 hours after the surgical procedure is complete.
